Job summary

IVORY Licensed Behavior Analyst, PLLC seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA services under supervision across Nassau, NY. This hybrid role combines in-person sessions with remote documentation tasks to support students and families.

You'll collect data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and caregivers to promote communication, emotional regulation, and meaningful skill development in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and RBT certification or eligibility.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental/behavioral needs.
• Ability to implement ABA plans with ethical practice.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Nassau, NY; hybrid in-person/remote tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect and record data on target behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support communication and emotional regulation goals in school, home, and community settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and school staff; participate in team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow behavior plans.
