Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

As an integral member of our clinical team, you will record session data, collaborate with families, and help progress toward individualized goals. The role offers part-time hours and flexible scheduling to fit your commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
