Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in Edgewood, MD. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and record progress while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Flexible, part-time shifts (AM and/or PM) are available, with travel locally as needed. A compassionate, reliable team member is encouraged to apply for growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
