Evolve ABA Care in McKinney, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver intensive ABA services to children in a 1:1 clinic setting.

The role offers $18–$22 per hour, part-time hours (about 25 per week), a sign-on bonus, paid training, and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours as you pursue certification. You will collaborate with the BCBA to implement goals and track progress with data collection.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or holding a BA/BS in child development, special education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with children ages 5–12 in a 1:1 setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct therapy during individual sessions.
• Implement ABA interventions (e.g., DTT, PECS, NET) in 1:1 clinic setting.
• Assist the supervising BCBA with goals and checklists.
• Carry out the individualized treatment plan addressing self-help, living skills, and language development.
• Support parent training following client treatment and behavior protocols.
• Collect and graph data as instructed.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.
• Adhere to ethics and organizational policies.
