Job summary

Evolve ABA Care in Frisco/McKinney, TX is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver intensive ABA services to children in home settings. You will work 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday after 3:30 PM, with 1:1 sessions and support for the BCBA through data collection and ABA intervention implementation.

Must be pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or related coursework; experience with children aged 5-12 in a 1:1 setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in child development, special education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience working with children ages 5-12 in a 1:1 setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy during individual sessions.
• Implement ABA interventions (e.g., DTT, PECS, NET) in 1:1 home settings.
• Assist BCBA with implementing individualized goals and checklists.
