Job summary

Alpine Air Express is seeking a Ramp Agent to handle line service duties at the Salt Lake City site. You will load/unload baggage and cargo, fuel aircraft, and perform towing and marshalling for arrivals and departures.

Work is outdoors in all weather conditions with FAA safety compliance. A flexible schedule is required to match flight activity, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Required to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety and FAA regulations.
• Transfer cargo from vehicles to cargo planes.
• Parking, towing, moving, fueling, and marshalling arriving and departing aircraft.
• De-icing the aircraft and GPU starting the aircraft.
• Provide shuttle service for crew and assist with baggage.
• Practice safe lifting methods.
