Responsibilities

• Prepares patients, verifies orders, identifies patients and explains procedures for comfort.
• Cleans and maintains imaging equipment and environments per infection control protocols.
• Manages supplies and equipment for patient care.
• Inserts IV catheters for CT/MRI contrast per department policies.
• Documents in PACS for radiologist interpretation.
• Communicates effectively with staff and physicians to support patient care.
• Identifies artifacts and ensures image quality.
• Maintains reliable attendance and complies with policies.
