Rochester Regional Health is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist to assist radiologists with radiographic procedures at Unity Hospital. The role emphasizes high-quality imaging, patient comfort, and safety during all procedures.

The incumbent will perform radiography, document exams in RIS/PACS, and maintain rooms and equipment. On-call shifts and occasional holiday coverage are required, with a strong focus on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• 2-year college certificate or equivalent.
• NYS license in Radiologic Technology required OR must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of hire.
• ARRT Certification within 1 year of hire.
• New Graduates: transcript or official verification within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Radiography of patients in all assigned areas.
• Ensure timely and proper service during unsupervised shifts.
• Document exams accurately in RIS/PACS and patient charts.
• Clean, restock and prepare rooms daily.
• Attend hospital and departmental meetings and in-services.
• Provide on-call coverage for the Diagnostic Section of Radiology.
• Maintain excellent customer service behaviors.
