Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations, including preparing patients and taking X-rays for various body structures.
• Maintain equipment, quarters, and record files.
• Perform inventory and manage ordering and dispensing of supplies.
• Update procedures manuals and coordinate maintenance services on machinery.
• Assist in preparation of the radiologic department’s annual budget.
• Instruct or supervise other radiologic technologists, clerical staff, youth offenders or inmates.
• Provide leadership under the direction of the chief of the medical facility.
