California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking a Senior Radiologic Technologist, CF (Specialist) at SATF in Corcoran to conduct advanced radiologic procedures under clinical direction. The position requires a current Radiologic Technologist certificate, with eligible candidates if certification is in progress.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current valid certificate as a certified Radiologic Technologist in diagnostic radiologic technology issued by the California State Department of Health Services.
• One of the following: one year of experience as Radiologic Technologist in California state service; or three years of radiologic experience with training under an accredited radiologist; or one year plus a two-year AMA/ACR-approved program.

Responsibilities

• Perform the most difficult diagnostic radiologic work under clinical and administrative supervision.
• Provide lead direction to Radiologic Technologists, CF staff, and inmate-workers.
• Maintain order and supervise inmates, ensuring safety of persons and property.
