Job summary

YOH Services LLC, part-time Quantitative Data Analyst, is seeking support for a large annual developer experience survey in Mountain View, CA. You will clean survey data, automate chart creation with R, and produce standardized reference tables for use in decks.

The role requires strong R skills, experience with data visualization automation, and the ability to deliver primary analyses within 5–10 working days on a part-time basis, with potential use of Python for assistants as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data analysis and statistical programming using R.
• Experience automating iterative data visualization and chart generation.
• Able to clean, structure, and analyze large survey datasets.
• Experience producing standardized analytical outputs and reference tables.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to support or automate chart creation.
• Ability to deliver primary analysis within 5–10 working days on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, clean, and process raw survey data and become familiar with data columns and reference structures.
• Develop efficient R scripts to automate 4–7 chart types across ~150 data cuts.
• Standardize chart outputs with consistent labeling and formatting for downstream presentation.
• Generate master reference tables covering directional changes and longitudinal benchmarks.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and revisions based on stakeholder feedback.
