Job summary

Danberry at Inverness in Hoover, AL is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant for the 6:30am–3pm shift. You will help residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities in a supportive senior living setting.

Responsibilities include documenting shifts, coordinating with nursing staff, and responding to call lights and emergencies. A high school diploma or GED is required; EEO Employer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Assist with mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging eating.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report if unable to complete.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff as needed.
• Provide planned activities and respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.
