Job summary

Danberry at Inverness in Hoover, AL is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring resident conditions, reporting to the Director of Health Services, and ensuring care plans align with physician orders

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nursing license valid in the state of Alabama.
• LPN licensure required to practice in AL.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Delegate and supervise care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.
• Maintain accurate resident care documentation and report to Health Services Director.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote independent living.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines as needed.
