Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring for a Part-time Quality Control position at our 2001 Theurer Blvd distribution center in Winona, MN. You will audit and inspect product, label items using RF scanners, and enter data to maintain quality and accuracy across departments.

The role offers a flexible schedule after onboarding and performance goals are met. Ideal candidates are 18 years or older, have strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
