Wellness Equity Alliance, LLC seeks an Internship Coordinator to serve as the central hub for internship and training activities across undergraduate and graduate programs. The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, placement, supervision coordination, evaluation, and offboarding, ensuring meaningful, structured experiences aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3–5 years coordinating internships or training programs.
• Experience supporting undergrad and graduate learners across disciplines.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and academic requirements across health disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Design and administer a comprehensive internship and training program.
• Manage the full internship lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Coordinate with academic partners and internal supervisors to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Maintain records of placements, learning objectives, and evaluations.
• Develop calendars for applications, orientation, mid‑point check‑ins, and end‑term presentations.
