Responsibilities

• Oversees project implementation for the Steuben Prevention Coalition Opioid Committee.
• Collects and analyzes monthly data; prepares reports and shares best practices.
• Engages multi-sector partners across health care, public health, and community orgs.
• Facilitates committee meetings and subcommittees as needed.
• Coordinates meetings, forums, health fairs, and events to raise community awareness.
• Manages timelines, documentation, and deliverables; aligns with grant requirements.
• Supports social media efforts by submitting information monthly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
