Job summary

Catholic Charities Steuben/Livingston is seeking a Part-Time Program Assistant to coordinate daily operations for the Steuben Prevention Coalition Opioid Committee. You will help track data, prepare reports, and engage diverse partners to advance prevention goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in health or related field, a NYS driver license, and at least one year of related experience. The role includes scheduling, meetings, and community outreach to reduce substance use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health or related field.
• Clean and Valid NY State Driver License.
• 1+ year of experience in public health, prevention strategies, or community-based health projects.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Steuben Prevention Coalition Opioid Committee.
• Track data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Engage multi-sector partners to advance grant and project workplans.
• Manage meeting logistics and document deliverables.
• Support publicity and outreach efforts for the Coalition.
