Job summary

Prava places skilled therapists inside senior living communities to deliver therapy across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. As a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work under a PT, integrating mobility work into residents’ daily routines.

You’ll build relationships with residents and care teams, address gait, balance, transfers, and functional mobility, and help residents stay active and engaged in meaningful activities within their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized PT interventions under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Work with residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
• Address gait, balance, strength, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility.
• Practice mobility in the environments where residents actually live.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and care teams.
• Partner with the Practice Owner to support the clinical program.
• Carry therapy strategies into residents' everyday routines.
• Contribute to a practice that is becoming part of the community - not simply visiting it.
