Job summary

Prava-Therapy in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join a senior living community serving Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. You will work with our PT team to provide meaningful, function-focused care in residents' living environments.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license required.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy with residents and families.
• Ability to assess mobility, balance and functional independence in real settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized interventions under the direction of the PT.
• Work with residents in their actual living environments.
• Address mobility, balance, gait, transfers, strength and independence.
• Build relationships with residents to understand what matters to them.
