HealthPro Heritage in Stamford, CT, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our inpatient SNF team. The role supports patient progress through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications under PT supervision.

The position offers a part-time schedule with 15–20 hours per week and a strong mentorship culture. Competitive hourly pay reflects experience and qualifications, with opportunities for growth within a supportive, interdisciplinary setting.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication.

Mansioni

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
