Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care teams on a part-time basis. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience and hours worked.

You will work under a licensed PT, providing treatments, selecting suitable patients, and coordinating care with the PT. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice is required.
• AT PTA program, accredited by APTA, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
