Job summary

Nhccare is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team in Milan, TN. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide essential care for patients with complex conditions.

Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree from an APTA accredited program and a current Tennessee PTA license. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and evidence-based rehab environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree from an APTA accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Must have current Tennessee Physical Therapist Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services as directed by the physical therapist.
• Assist the therapist when performing tests and treatment procedures.
• Observe, record and report conditions of patients.
• Assist with maintaining documentation and safety of equipment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
