NHC Milan is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our care team in Milan, Tennessee. The PTA will assist in delivering rehabilitative therapies, focusing on restoring strength, balance, and confidence for patients after illness, injury, decline or surgery.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, a team player, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
• Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited course in Physical Therapy.
• Must have Tennessee Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Prior SNF, Matrix, and Casamba experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services for patients requiring rehabilitative treatment to help restore strength, balance, and confidence after illness, injury, decline, or surgery.
• Support an evidence-based outcomes focused rehab team with flexible scheduling and collaboration.
