Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree from an APTA accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Must have current Tennessee Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Prior Casamba, Matrix & SNF experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services as directed by the physical therapist.
• Assist the physical therapist with consultations and treatment procedures.
• Maintain documentation according to procedures and legal requirements.
