The Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Michigan Veteran's Home - Chesterfield team.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. New graduates are welcome to apply, and the office offers a flexible schedule, PTO with rollover, a 401(k) plan, and a supportive, therapist-owned culture

Formación

• Current Michigan PTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the care team.
• Accurately document treatment and maintain compliance with applicable standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support each resident's goals.
