Odyssey-Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to implement individualized treatment plans and deliver PT treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in the United States.

The role emphasizes providing customer-focused care, organizing group sessions, and educating patients and families in PT techniques while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the rehab team.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program; licensed or eligible per state.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Provide physical therapy treatments including modalities and exercises.
• Assist the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Organize and facilitate treatment groups in consultation with the Physical Therapist.
• Educate customers, families and caregivers in PT techniques under supervision.
• Maintain appropriate and timely documentation for all treated customers.
• Participate in customer care and rehab team meetings as a PT representative.
• Report equipment needs and perform basic maintenance as required.
