Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support therapy sessions at home-health settings. You will assist PTs, help patients achieve mobility goals, and use AI-assisted documentation to capture therapy outcomes efficiently.

This role emphasizes patient-centered care, reduced documentation burden, and a balanced work‑life approach while adopting technology-driven workflows for compliance with care standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• 1 year PTA experience in home care or rehabilitation setting.
• Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment.
• BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support PTs in therapy sessions aimed at patient mobility improvement.
• Use AI tools to assist in documenting therapy outcomes efficiently.
• Focus on meaningful interactions while minimizing documentation distractions.

Education
