You will be part of a home-care team delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while AI-supported documentation helps capture outcomes efficiently.

You provide hands-on therapy, engage with patients meaningfully, and help maintain care standards. A PTA license and prior home-care experience are required.

• Bachelor or Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• 1 year PTA experience in home care or rehabilitation setting.
• Active and unencumbered PTA license required.

As a PTA, your role is to provide therapy assistance and help patients reach their recovery goals. With AI-supported documentation, you can spend more time delivering hands-on care while efficiently capturing key session details.

Key Responsibilities

Education And/or Experience

• A Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited Assistant school of Physical Therapy.
• 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
