Job summary

Napa Valley Physical Therapy Center, a Therapy Partners Group member, invites applications for a part-time Physical Therapy Technician/Patient Care Coordinator at our Napa location. The role supports PTs, prepares treatment areas, schedules, handles front desk duties, and assists patients with exercises and intake forms.

The position offers 20–25 hours per week, 7:00am–Noon, Monday through Friday, with starting pay $18.50–$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to maintain confidential documents.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Welcomes patients and assists with clothing and setup for therapy.
• Assist in maintaining supplies and equipment in clean, organized condition.
• Record daily notes under supervision and with co-signature by PT.
• Provide information to patients and help with questions or requests.
• Assist patients with exercises, equipment, and safety during therapy sessions.
• Educate patients on proper use of equipment and routines.
