Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to treatment areas.
• Assist patients through exercise programs as directed by the therapist.
• Set up and take down modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment areas and equipment between patients.
• Stock supplies and support front desk when needed.
• Anticipate therapists and patient needs and assist as required.
• Support the front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
