Responsibilities

• Help develop and maintain a corporate culture that supports the mission and values of Mayfield Clinic.
• Maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the facility.
• Confer with the person(s) most closely associated with the active management of the patient and keep them informed of any additional patient treatment modification, and/or progress.
• Prepare Evaluation reports/summaries.
• Provide Progress reports to referring physicians and agencies
