You will evaluate resident needs, develop therapy plans, collaborate with nursing and medical staff, educate families on exercises, and document outcomes while delivering person-centered care in a supportive, close-knit community.

Qualifications

• Nebraska Physical Therapist license is required.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is welcomed but not required.
