Brookestone of David City in Nebraska is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team and help residents regain mobility and independence.

You will evaluate resident needs, develop therapy plans, collaborate with nursing and medical staff, educate families on exercises, and document outcomes while delivering person-centered care in a supportive, close-knit community.

Qualifications

• Nebraska Physical Therapist license is required.
