• 3+ years of direct patient care as a licensed PT.
• Currently practicing, or in clinical practice within the last 3 years.
• Experience in at least two practice settings (outpatient, acute care, inpatient rehab, etc.).
• Knowledge of current clinical practice guidelines and standard outcome measures.
• Excellent written English with precise clinical reasoning.
• Commit to 10–15 hours per week for at least 1 month.
