Job summary

College of Southern Nevada seeks part-time instructors to teach introductory Psychology (PSY 101) on-ground at North Las Vegas, West Charleston, or Henderson campuses. In-person instruction only, multi-campus assignments possible to meet department needs. Syllabi, materials, and outcomes aligned with CSN policies.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology; Ph.D. is preferred. Experience teaching college-level courses and familiarity with Canvas or similar LMS is desirable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
• Ph.D. in Psychology is preferred.
• Experience teaching at the college level is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach live, on-campus Psychology courses at CSN.
• Develop syllabi and course materials.
• Utilize approved textbooks and course objectives.
• Evaluate student mastery and outcomes.
