Job summary

TLC, The Treatment and Learning Centers in Rockville, Maryland, is seeking part-time Psychology Associates to join an interdisciplinary outpatient team. Eligible candidates include doctoral, Ed.S., and master's level psychology trainees who can practice under supervision in Maryland.

Role focuses on psychological assessment, counseling, and collaborative care with supervision from licensed psychologists. The organization offers a supportive environment toward licensure and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree or appropriate master's-level training with eligibility to practice under supervision in Maryland.
• Experience or training in psychological assessment and therapy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations across lifespan.
• Assess concerns including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, executive functioning.
• Write reports and provide feedback to families and schools.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary TLC teams on treatment planning.
• Participate in case consultations and supervision.
