Job summary

TLC, The Treatment and Learning Centers in Rockville, Maryland, seeks a full-time Psychology Associate to join the outpatient team. Eligible candidates at doctoral, Ed.S., or master's levels can practice under supervision while gaining expertise in assessment, counseling, and interdisciplinary care.

The role offers supervision from licensed psychologists, opportunities toward Maryland licensure, and a collaborative environment with families and professionals committed to quality care.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree or equivalent preparation with eligibility for Psychology Associate registration in Maryland.
• Experience in psychological assessment and therapy is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations across the lifespan.
• Assess autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and related concerns.
• Write reports and provide feedback to families and schools.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling.
• Collaborate with TLC's interdisciplinary programs.
