Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a licensed psychologist in Wisconsin to perform psychosocial assessments, psychological testing, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and a multidisciplinary team across care settings. Doctorate in Psychology and license in the state are required.

You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, provide crisis assessment, coordinate care, participate in supervision, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to staff education and program

Qualifications

• Requires Doctorate in Psychology and appropriate field experience.
• Licensed psychologist in the state of practice.
• Willingness to participate in supervision and performance improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Completes psychosocial assessments, psychological testing, and treatment plans with patient and team.
• Delivers behavioral health care within license scope and treatment plans.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention; coordinates care with physicians, therapists, and community agencies.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the medical record; participates in meetings and staff education.
