• Doctorate in Psychology and appropriate level of field experience and coursework.

Responsabilidades

• Performs psychosocial assessments and treatment planning with patient and multidisciplinary team.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention as needed.
• Coordinates care with physicians, therapists, and community resources.
• Maintains thorough documentation in the medical record per guidelines.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and staff education.
