Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field required.
• Licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in state of practice.
• Knowledge of TMS treatment protocols and psychiatric care.
• Minimum 2 years as a psychiatric NP; on-site work experience preferred.
• Ability to engage patients in therapy or willingness to learn.
• Proficient use of electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate scheduled patients per standard practices; collect histories and exam.
• Establish rapport and engage families to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe and implement treatment within ARNP scope of practice.
• Document records the same day or within one week of service.
• Code services ethically and accurately for billing purposes.
• Aim for 80% productivity based on CPT code time elements.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff for comprehensive care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
