Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and design individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with the clinic team.
• Educate patients on medications, treatment pathways and adherence.
• Advocate for patients to improve access to care and outcomes.
