Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in the United States is seeking a part-time technician to support manual and automated assembly for prototype parts within Product Development. You will join a small team, handle solder assembly, die placement, and module assembly, and assist with lab organization and parts kitting. The role runs Monday through Friday mornings, with a base pay range discussed for hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in a multi-team environment with strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate state-of-the-art precision machines including die and SMT placement, strip molding and grinding, wire bonding, and module shielding.
• Solder assembly, manual pick-and-place of semiconductor die and small components, connector soldering, and custom module assembly.
• Part kitting/inventory and organization of lab materials, working with microscopes for tiny parts.
