Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in San Jose invites a Product Development Assembly/Tuning Co-Op for Summer/Fall 2027. You will learn manual assembly, test benches, and RF testing while working with engineers to prototype and retest.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Familiarity with RF test equipment such as multimeter, Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Oscilloscope, signal generators, power meter and power supplies.
Ability to understand schematics and diagrams; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft tools is desired.

Responsibilities

Learning skills of manual assembly and rework of multi-chip modules for testing, operating automated test benches, performing basic manual RF tests.
Co-op will review test results with Engineers, make modifications of prototypes and retest until performance meets specifications.
