Job summary

Osan Air Base Chapel seeks a part-time Protestant Religious Education Coordinator to provide administrative and program coordination support for religious education activities. You will organize schedules, support volunteers, maintain records, and help ensure programs for children, youth, adults, and families run efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of administrative or program coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Protestant religious education programs and special events.
• Develop and maintain program schedules and activity calendars.
• Organize volunteer assignments and maintain volunteer records.
• Maintain attendance records, program files, and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate curriculum materials, classroom resources, and supply inventories.
• Prepare announcements, flyers, and other communication materials.
• Assist with planning for seasonal programs, Bible studies, Children's Church, Sunday School, and Vacation Bible School.
• Prepare and submit routine activity and administrative reports.
• Communicate effectively with Chapel leadership, volunteers, instructors, parents, and participants.
• Maintain organized program records while supporting the overall continuity of religious education activities.
