Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Protestant Religious Education leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Protestant beliefs, doctrines, and worship practices.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and religious education activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Protestant religious education programs and activities.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers.
• Maintain calendars, attendance records, reports, and program documentation.
• Coordinate classrooms, facilities, supplies, and educational materials.
• Support budget planning and approved program purchases.
• Coordinate Vacation Bible School and other special religious education events.
• Attend required chapel meetings and training.
• Work with chaplains, chapel staff, volunteers, families, and participants.
• Ensure applicable child and youth protection requirements are followed.
