Housing Lopez on Lopez Island is seeking a dependable, hands-on, and community-minded individual to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager, working approximately 10-15 hours per week. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to safe, well-maintained housing and positive resident relationships.

You will support leasing activities, conduct routine property inspections, respond to resident needs and maintenance requests, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
