Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience.

• Ability to carry and respond to an on-call phone.

Responsibilities

• Implement customer service initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records including financial reports and tenant files.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
