Job summary

PK Housing seeks a Part-Time Property Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the community in Michigan. The role includes supervising onsite staff, managing leasing, and ensuring financial goals are met while delivering quality resident service.

You will oversee resident relations, market the property, ensure compliance, and coordinate with the Regional Supervisor; the position offers 28 hours per week at $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Property management experience required.
• Rural Development experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Understand the financial goals of the property and help meet them.
• Supervise on-site staff including cleaning, leasing, and maintenance.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure satisfaction with the community.
• Market the property through outreach and targeted marketing.
• Oversee leasing of apartments and maintain occupancy.
• Process new applications and provide information to compliance.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Supervise rent collection and ledgers.
• Address delinquent rents and evictions with the compliance team.
• Provide account information to the Regional Supervisor.
• Enforce community rules and supervise maintenance and landscaping.
• Work with Regional Supervisor to meet annual budget objectives.
• Experience with property management software.
