Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years building maintenance or related field.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Operate equipment for preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain interior/exterior areas including painting, plumbing, lighting, flooring.
• Assist with inventory, records, and safety data sheets.
• Support setup of events and mall decor, and assist with snow removal as needed.
• Follow OSHA and safety guidelines; participate in training and emergency planning.
• Interact with tenants and the public as needed.
