Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Four years of multi-family or commercial building maintenance experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written & orally.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Schedule and ensure timely completion of all work orders.
• Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance technicians.
