Qualifications
Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
Four years of multi-family or commercial building maintenance experience.
Ability to communicate effectively both written & orally.
Responsibilities
Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Schedule and ensure timely completion of all work orders.
Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance technicians.
